In a move to boost property development, Myanmar Tourism Bank (MTB) and the Yangon Region Real Estate Services Association (YRESA) have signed a memorandum of understanding.
The agreement will see MTB provide YRESA members with access to its financing facilities and banking products. In return, YRESA will cooperate with the bank to support the growth of the real estate and tourism sectors, aligning with international business standards.
The signing ceremony took place on October 3rd at the Lotte Hotel on Pyay Road in Yangon. MTB Chief Executive Officer U Win Lwin and YRESA Chair Daw Myat Mo Mo formalized the partnership, witnessed by senior officials from both organizations.
