Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe met with a delegation from Qatar, led by Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, the Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs. The meeting took place yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
Their discussions focused on exploring potential cooperation between the two countries, with particular interest in Myanmar’s agriculture, healthcare, technology, energy, and mining sectors. The talks also covered investment opportunities for Qatari companies looking to do business in Myanmar. Senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also in attendance.
